GMN is currently collecting data for our bi-annual salary and jobs survey. Data collection is open until August 31. But we need YOU to make this survey successful.
The way these things work is that you put data in and, in exchange for doing so, you get data out. GMN uses a nifty platform that provides tons of data and personalized charts that you can use to really capture your place in the field relative to your peers.
But if few people put data in, then there’s less data to get out and the data is not as deep.
Why should you care?
More than 80 percent of business managers and HR professionals said their companies either participate in or purchase at least one salary survey each year, according to a Salary.com poll. That means the people determining your salary are looking at surveys, and GMN’s is the only survey of grants management and operations professionals in philanthropy. Shouldn’t you be counted among your colleagues and get the information you need to negotiate a more competitive salary, job title, job responsibilities, and the like?
Yes, you should. So take a few minutes to add your data to the salary and jobs survey. And then come back at the end of September to get the data out.
