Halfway There

(This post is part of our 2014 Resolve to Evolve program.)

Making changes can be easy in January. You’re energized. Excited. But sometimes that enthusiasm peters out as soon as February. So let’s face it, by July your motivation could be nonexistent. But there’s still a lot of year left, so it’s not too late to get something started.

So far this year, we’ve taken a look at the importance of mentoring, using the social networking site LinkedIn effectively in your career; how to network; the power of volunteering; the need of belonging and being part of a community; and gave you some summer reading suggestions.

How are you doing in your resolution to evolve in 2014?

Maybe some of these challenges were easy for you, or were things you were already doing well. Maybe others you skipped over entirely.

July is the perfect month to take stock and take action.

This month we’ll focus on how you can follow up on your goals, restart if you need to, and how to keep up the energy to head into the back half of the year stronger than ever.
