PEAK Grantmaking Announces National Search for New Leader

PEAK Grantmaking is launching a national search for a new leader. This is an exciting time as we encourage our network to move boldly and intentionally towards a values-based approach that strengthens diversity, equity, and inclusion; implements better grantmaking practices; and builds the expertise of our members. The board is partnering with NPAG to conduct the search. NPAG’s values have strong alignment with our own, emphasizing a deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and transparency.

As we embark on this team effort, we’d value the input and participation of our members by sharing your feedback on the experience, culture, competencies, and commitments that you believe are important for us to consider in our search for PEAK’s new leader.

We invite you to share your wisdom with us by completing a brief confidential survey by next Friday, November 22.

The survey is being conducted directly by NPAG, who will share the results with PEAK’s Transition Committee and Board as an aggregate report. No individual responses or identifiers will be included. For questions regarding the survey, please email Cara Pearsall from NPAG at cpearsall@nonprofitprofessionals.com.

Thank you in advance for your participation and for your continued support of PEAK. We will be in touch with updates about the search and transition progress as we have news to report. We look forward to your feedback and to entering this new chapter together!
