If you choose to contact us by commenting on a social media outlet, you may provide your social media handle, as well as any other personal details you choose to include.

It is your choice to determine whether or not to provide any personal data. However, certain of our Sites’ functions require you to provide various personal information, in order to fully utilize the Sites’ functions.  For instance, in order to register to attend a PEAK Grantmaking event like the annual conference, apply for membership, or create a LEARN profile, you must provide personal information which includes: your name, title, organization, work phone number, work email address, and additional personal information such as your professional interests.

Please do not disclose more personal data than is requested when interacting with us.
