Peer Groups

Cocreated with a cadre of volunteers in 2021, our peer groups offer philanthropy professionals the opportunity to intentionally, meaningfully, and consistently connect within the philanthropic sector and PEAK network to build transformational relationships to advance their careers and drive change in philanthropy.

Caucuses

Four caucuses are focused on networking and peer learning based on personal identity. Caucuses are open to all members of the PEAK community. They meet a minimum of two times each year, with a goal to meet quarterly.

Accountability and Action for Allies Caucus
An affinity group for those who want to learn to be better allies to marginalized populations

Three communities of practice, open to PEAK Organization and Consultant Members, are focused on organization-based peer learning, and resource sharing and development.

DEI Learning and Support Community
A community dedicated to advancing knowledge about racial equity, diversity,  inclusion, and justice frameworks, with a goal of applying these concepts to grantmaking and culture change
