Celebrating Our Volunteer Community
At PEAK, we thrive on the commitment of our member community to active volunteerism and mutual support. Our over 250 volunteers generously give their time, talent, and knowledge to serve as champions for equitable and effective grantmaking, both within their organizations and across the sector. Their contributions are the heart of our community, and we are always excited to welcome new and returning volunteers to lead and support our efforts!
As a way of expressing our gratitude and supporting volunteers as leaders in the sector, we host the annual Volunteer Leadership Summit. This exclusive, invite-only event is a complimentary benefit for our committed volunteers, designed to celebrate their service while providing a space for peer connection, professional development, and self-care. You can expect presentations and interactive discussions led by seasoned leaders in the sector from PEAK’s board and staff and honored guests.
This year’s summit will be held across two days, on October 29–30, from 1:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m. ET each day.
Throughout the Summit, participants have the opportunity to:
- Build leadership skills and strengthen their advocacy for more equitable grantmaking practices.
- Deepen their connections to peers, the PEAK team, and other leaders in the sector.
- Receive coaching and practice techniques to advance their career and support their wellness as leaders.
