As we have collectively watched the murder of George Floyd by police and the resulting uprising, we see that many communities are grappling with the ways in which white supremacy and systemic racism have shaped the world we live in. What is the role of philanthropy, and grants management professionals in particular, in addressing racial justice? How can we grow our own personal and professional equity practice?

In this webinar discussion, three speakers shared their experiences in philanthropy and in their own lives. We know many in the PEAK community are continuing to think about what role they can and should play in the response.
