Grantmaking professionals are on the front lines of foundation work, implementing organizational strategy—and efficient procedures and practices depend on project management knowledge. This session will highlight useful skills and tips for effectively managing philanthropic projects.

In this workshop, participants will build competencies in knowledge management and process and change management by
