PEAK Board Nominations Ask-Me-Anything Session

We are now accepting nominations for the PEAK Grantmaking board of directors!  

Serving on the board is a great way to contribute to the field of grantmaking, gain valuable experience, work with inspiring colleagues and lead PEAK—and philanthropy—into the future.

Board members commit their time, talent, treasure, and testimony to set PEAK’s direction and strategy, meet legal obligations, provide necessary resources for growth and sustainability, and ensure policies and procedures are in place for effective and prudent governance and oversight.

We are seeking a minimum of five volunteers to serve a three-year term on the board of directors, starting in 2023. You may nominate a colleague by September 15 or nominate yourself by September 30.

During the session, we will briefly share an overview about the PEAK Board of Directors, the nominating process to select new Board members, and the priority qualities we are looking to add to the Board this term. Most of the session will be open space for members to drop in and ask any questions you may have. We look forward to seeing you and hearing your questions!
