How to Operationalize Equity: Part 2 (PEAK Southeast and PEAK Florida)
Many grantmakers are voicing a commitment to equity, but how do you live your values and translate good intentions into action? Join PEAK Southeast and PEAK Florida for a two-part series that will explore how to take concrete steps toward putting equity into practice.
In Part 2, join us for a facilitated discussion with peers as we reflect on our own organizations’ equity journeys, share implementation roadmaps and pitfalls, and identify challenges and opportunities to keep learning and moving forward. You will leave with practical ideas, tools, and resources to begin or advance a conversation on equity from wherever you sit.
Missed Part 1? Contact PEAK Southeast for a link to the recording to hear Katrina Mitchell, Chief Community Impact Officer for the United Way of Greater Atlanta, share how her organization is operationalizing equity through the United for Racial Equity and Healing Fund.
