Knowledge Swap Meet: Collective Brain Power (PEAK Southwest)

PEAK Southwest’s Knowledge Swap Meet events are regular, facilitated conversations on a single topic that will help you get to know your fellow chapter members. In this session, our colleagues at the Houston Endowment will call on our collective brainpower to discuss issues that have come up during their strategic planning process related to monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL). The group will direct the conversation as we want to use this time to hear from others on what they are doing for MEL, milestone tracking, and related automation. The discussion may include focusing on impact measurement, milestone tracking, monitoring plans, portfolio-level insights, and sharing any templates others are using.
