Ask Me Anything: PEAK Board Nominations

We are now accepting nominations for the PEAK Grantmaking board of directors!

Serving on our board is a great way to contribute to the field of grantmaking, gain valuable experience, work with inspiring colleagues, and lead PEAK—and philanthropy—into the future.

Board directors commit their time, talent, and treasure to set PEAK's direction and strategy, meet legal obligations, provide necessary resources to growth and sustainability, and ensure policies and procedures are in place for effective and prudent governance and oversight.

We are seeking a minimum of three volunteers to serve a three-year term on the board, starting in 2025. Find details here.

During the session, we will share a brief overview of the PEAK board, the nominating process to select new directors, and the priority qualities we are looking to add to the board this term.
