Mighty Midwest Mingle: Career Development (PEAK Midwest)

Midwest Mingles are an opportunity to network and create connections with PEAK members. At this mingle, we will split into two breakout rounds so attendees can share their career development journeys and take advantage of the PEAK community. In the first breakout, attendees will self-select by their career levels- early career, mid-career, or established career.

In these groups, attendees will discuss the prompts below with their fellow attendees:

• Early career – Where do you thrive, and does that align with your current professional space?
• Mid-career – What is your desired end goal, and what steps do you envision will help you get there?
• Established-career – What's next? How do you envision your next chapter/step?

In the second breakout session, we will meet with new groups, with people at all stages in their careers, to discuss what growth looks like for them at this stage in their careers. We hope that through this session, attendees will be able to connect with peers and find connections with those both in and at different stages in their career journey.

This mingle is not a formal professional development opportunity.
