Expanding Access to Philanthropy: How do we move to action? (PEAK Delaware Valley)

Cultivating real relationships with all communities we serve is essential to our work as philanthropists. For this Lunch and Learn, we are excited to welcome DeAmon Harges, who will join us to talk about why it is important to listen to each other, why it is imperative that we actively and meaningfully involve community residents and organizations in our grantmaking, and how we develop authentic relationships and partnerships with communities as philanthropists. Harges is a philanthropy trailblazer, community organizer, TedEx speaker, and chair of the Grassroots Grantmakers Board and faculty member of the Asset-Based Community Development Institute, and this conversation will help you to implement inclusive, trust-based practices.
