Informal Peer Share (PEAK Rocky Mountain)

Join PEAK Rocky Mountain for an informal peer share about the ongoing impact of the pandemic on our work.

During this time, we will explore the following questions:

1. Has your organization’s physical office reopened? Is your organization offering you options to work virtually and in person?
2. Is your organization requiring that employees working in the physical office be vaccinated or wear a mask?
3. Is your organization continuing to fund COVID-related grants, has it gone back to its pre-pandemic funding areas, or is it funding a combination of the two?
4. How much of the flexibility that was introduced to your processes and procedures as a result of the pandemic has been retained?

We’ll also save some time for attendees to pose questions to the group and share resources.
