International Grantmaking (PEAK Northeast)
Are you an international grantmaker or are you interested in learning more about international grantmaking? Be sure to join us for this chapter chat. Bring your favorite snacks and drinks with you!
International grantmaking is a big topic. This conversation will focus on big-picture themes currently influencing this work. Your fellow PEAK members will facilitate the session with a few topics top of mind: how equivalency determinations facilitate international grantmaking; the shift toward making grants to local organizations rather than global NGOs; and ways organizations are adjusting to reflect the realities of their local context. This conversation will be an open discussion of what we are all grappling with in our international grantmaking or want to learn more about.
