Knowledge Swap Meet: Application Show & Tell (PEAK Southwest)

Join us for a Knowledge Swap Meet—a networking event organized around a topic but without a formal speaker or presentation. Building on the momentum of the #FixtheForm movement, this session features Debbie Mueller from the Jacob and Terese Hershey Foundation, who will facilitate a conversation around the forms used for applications and reports. Participants should come prepared to share one form they use in their grantmaking with a breakout room of peers and discuss the benefits and challenges of using that form.
