Christina Buggappa is an independent consultant with more than 15 years of experience nurturing organizational culture and developing connected teams and effective systems that promote operational excellence to ultimately deepen mission impact. She has assessed organizational strengths and opportunities, supported strategy development, and identified tools and approaches that ensure progress on achieving goals and objectives.

Christina seeks to strengthen organizational readiness in a constantly changing environment. Each step of the way, Christina understands that culture informs decision making, that diversity, equity, and inclusion lens must be applied in all aspects of work, and empathetic and collaborative approaches are the best pathway to bring leaders and team members along.
