Mindful Goal Setting for Impact Workshop (PEAK Southwest)

Join PEAK Southwest to welcome Julia Firestone for a reflective and action-oriented hour-long workshop. As we move into the final weeks of 2023, this is a great time to take stock of the year. We will use the Wheel of Life coaching tool to reflect and examine what you need to live a harmonious life and look ahead to how you can shape 2024 so that you can feel fulfilled across different areas of your life.

Firestone is a Brooklyn-based International Coaching Federation certified Transformational Coach, specializing in leadership development for social impact professionals, teams, and organizations. She is the founder of The Purpose Career Lab, a career change accelerator for mid-career and mid-senior level professionals in social impact fields and offers private coaching to clients around the world. With experience in nonprofits, corporate social impact, strategy and innovation, and startups, she combines coaching, mindfulness, community building, facilitation, innovation, and training modalities to help clients increase their fulfillment in life while maximizing collective positive impact.
