Policies, Procedures, and Manuals—Oh My! (PEAK Small Foundations Affinity Group)

Creating a policies and procedures manual can be overwhelming for a grants manager. To help reduce some of the anxiety, bring your favorite cup of joe and join us and special guest Kristen Summers, Senior Grants Manager at St. Luke’s Foundation and co-chair of the PEAK Mideast chapter. Over the course of an hour, she will share how she created a policies and procedures manual for grants management, why it’s important, and tips to get you started on your journey.
