Are you constantly resending the same instructional email to the same people because they forgot how to do something? Are you forgetting the way you did things last quarter? Are you planning to quit on the spot when you win the lottery, leaving your coworkers in the dust? If any of these statements ring true for you, then you may need to create a policy and procedure manual.
Whether you are starting from scratch or updating your current documentation, this session will take the intimidation out of creating these resources by showing you what to focus on and ways to make it easier for you. We will also take time to hear from your peers and crowdsource solutions. Join us!
