Reigniting Your Career Spark (PEAK Delaware Valley, PEAK Mideast, and PEAK Minnesota)

This interactive and collaborative event—based on a highly acclaimed PEAK2023 session—offers new frameworks for your personal development and for owning your career growth using an abundance mindset. You will take a personal inventory of your leadership identity, reflect on how you want to grow and amplify your skills, strengths, and lived experiences in ways that lead to a more significant impact on your organization and beyond. You will also learn how to create supportive accountability systems and gain tips and tricks for using LinkedIn. The conversation will focus in part on individuals who have historically faced additional career barriers, such as people of color, women, and working parents.

There will be dedicated time for Q&A and the option to engage in guided peer discussions. As we want all participants to feel included and comfortable throughout the workshop, there will be an alternate activity available for those who opt out of breakouts.

Speakers

As a leadership and career coach, Jackie partners with individuals and organizations who are ready to embrace change, explore new possibilities, and achieve their goals. With over 15 years of coaching experience, she has supported leaders from diverse backgrounds and sectors, including education, technology, and social justice. She is also a certified facilitator and partner of Core Strengths, a strengths-based assessment and learning platform that helps teams improve their performance and relationships.

Radical Spark Coaching’s mission is to ignite the spark of transformation and growth in others and to create a positive impact in the world. Sergi’s coaching approach is holistic, collaborative, and empowering. She helps clients connect with their head, heart, and gut, and challenges them to overcome limiting beliefs and mindsets. She also leverages her expertise as a certified conflict mediator and trainer to help clients navigate difficult conversations and situations with confidence and compassion.
