Revisit Reporting (PEAK Northeast)

Whether reports are used for simple accountability purposes, build a relationship with the grantee, make future funding or strategy decisions, or build the sector’s knowledge, the questions we ask should be purposeful – and the information should be used!

The workshop will include:

  1. A PEAK presentation on best practices in reporting
  2. Panel discussion on peer experiences with updating reporting practices
  3. Small group breakout sessions for focused discussion

During this workshop, participants will:

  1. Review findings about the current status of grant reporting, including the effects of COVID-19 on grantmaking and reporting practices
  2. Learn how to diagnose current reporting processes and create an action plan for improving practices
  3. Discuss strategies and examples for making reporting meaningful and streamlined for both grantees and grantmakers

This workshop will help our members build their competencies in:

  1. Determining success in meeting goals and objectives
  2. Knowledge management
