Revisit Reporting (PEAK Northeast)
Whether reports are used for simple accountability purposes, build a relationship with the grantee, make future funding or strategy decisions, or build the sector’s knowledge, the questions we ask should be purposeful – and the information should be used!
The workshop will include:
- A PEAK presentation on best practices in reporting
- Panel discussion on peer experiences with updating reporting practices
- Small group breakout sessions for focused discussion
During this workshop, participants will:
- Review findings about the current status of grant reporting, including the effects of COVID-19 on grantmaking and reporting practices
- Learn how to diagnose current reporting processes and create an action plan for improving practices
- Discuss strategies and examples for making reporting meaningful and streamlined for both grantees and grantmakers
This workshop will help our members build their competencies in:
- Determining success in meeting goals and objectives
- Knowledge management
