From 10,000 Feet: Staffing Trends in the Nonprofit Sector Since COVID-19 (PEAK Greater Washington, DC)
The impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on the nonprofit sector are being felt to this day. We will explore the limitations of nonprofit staff capacity, the impacts it has on the field, and how we as funders can best support these organizations using existing resources.

Radhika Shah
Manager, BDO
Radhika works with BDO’s Nonprofit and Grantmakers advisory practice team to help clients strengthen both their operational and financial function in order to make informed and strategic decisions. Prior to joining BDO, she worked for Action Against Hunger supporting development fundraising, international programs, and project and grants management across a portfolio including East Africa and parts of Asia. She’s passionate about working with Black, Indigenous, and people-of-color leaders and advancing equity in the sector.
