Understanding Motivation in Yourself and in Others (PEAK Rocky Mountain)

To help you unlock a treasure trove of information about how people operate and respond to expectations, Marissa Lifshen Steinberger will lead a session based on Gretchen Rubin’s book The Four Tendencies. Participants will complete a brief, self-administered assessment to identify their personality type—Upholder, Obliger, Questioner, or Rebel—and learn how to set themselves and others up for success by incorporating strategies that have proven to be most effective for each type.
