The premier opportunity for sector advocates and leaders to learn together and strengthen their policy and advocacy capacity, United Philanthropy Forum’s Philanthropy + Policy Institute is designed to cultivate and reinforce the public policy skill set of PSO leaders, staff, and their foundation members, uplifting a strategic and collective approach toward advocacy, public policy, and government relations.

This year, with an election around the corner and a new Congress set to begin next January, attendees will have an opportunity to examine the idea of public policy and advocacy as a practice for PSOs and how to apply a strategic approach to their work.

Tailored specifically for PSOs and their foundation members, #PPI2024 programming will explore policy work and board/committee dynamics, assess building effective public policy operations, study effective government relations strategies, and focus on implementing strategic initiatives.
