Using Data to Assess Your Grantmaking Practice (PEAK Mideast)

Your grantmaking practices are some of the most public—and sometimes the only—expressions of your organizational values that grant applicants experience. To help you to better consider how you make grants, and not just who and what you fund, PEAK Mideast in collaboration with Grantmakers of Western Pennsylvania offer this interactive workshop.

Participants will develop their competencies in knowledge, strategy, and technology management by

• learning about the types of data that grants management systems generally can and do collect;
• reviewing common questions that can be answered with the data they already have or can easily get; and
• developing a plan to use their data to improve practice.
