PEAK Grantmaking

Announcing our search for a new leader

We’re happy to inform our members that with the help of Nonprofit Professionals Advisory Group (NPAG), we’ve moved to the next phase of our search for PEAK’s new leader: We are now accepting applications!

Click here for the position description and application instructions.

We appreciate the many insights and perspectives provided on our recent survey, which were critical to developing the position description for this role. Member feedback on the experience, culture, competencies, and commitments that are important for us to consider in our search came in at an unprecedented rate. Informed by your feedback, along with interviews with staff and board, the position description reflects our commitment to recruiting a leader who will help us move boldly and intentionally towards a values-based approach that strengthens diversity, equity, and inclusion; implements better grantmaking practices; and builds the expertise of our members, while also cultivating strong partnerships with the field of philanthropy-serving organizations and the broader philanthropic sector.

Please share this opportunity throughout your networks. If you have any candidate recommendations, please contact Cara Pearsall from NPAG at cpearsall@nonprofitprofessionals.com.

Thank you for your continued support of PEAK. We will be in touch with search updates and transition progress. If you have questions for the Transition Committee, please find us in the PEAK CONNECT Community.
