Has adding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts truly allowed for BIPOC women to have a space in philanthropy?
Organization Members Only
Do women who identify as Black, Indigenous, or people of color (BIPOC) have more space in philanthropy now that so many organizations have professed to have intensified their focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion? This session will explore two BIPOC women’s experiences in philanthropy and suggest how to ensure that equity and inclusion are truly embedded in the fabric of your organization. This candid conversation will provide helpful tips on having a more inclusive work environment that is supportive for all people, regardless of their race.
