Despite our best intentions, a grantmaking system—even one designed to responsive, clear, and supportive—can fail to support our impact goals if it doesn’t address the power gap faced by grantseekers. This too-common dilemma was recently overcome by the Episcopal Health Foundation. Find out how their grants management team redesigned the grantmaking system, from application to reporting to measurements and requirements, to change the power dynamic, amplify impact, and encourage riskier, more innovative proposals. This session consists of a “short talk,” followed by an unrecorded roundtable discussion.
