As PEAK Grantmaking’s Member Services Coordinator, Dionne (she, her, hers) is the liaison for our growing membership network. She collaborates across departments to ensure members receive excellent customer care and can access member benefits, tools, and resources to grow their careers and be change agents in philanthropy.

Dionne brings more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Before joining PEAK, she was the membership associate supporting the promotion and retention of school district cafeteria staff for the School Nutrition Association, an organization committed to advancing the quality of school meal programs through education and advocacy. She has also worked as the database coordinator at the National Alcohol Beverage Control Association, helping to support the maintenance of databases across departments.

Dionne earned her degree in business administration with a concentration in management from Strayer University. Originally from Chicago, she has resided in the Washington, DC, metro area for more than 20 years. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, planning special gatherings, and learning calligraphy.
