Adaptation or Adoption: Which Grantmaking Practices Should Outlive the Pandemic?
Sponsored and presented by GivingData.
When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, foundations swiftly adapted their grantmaking practices to a new and uncertain funding environment. Some changes were introduced as short-term modifications, while others were seen as overdue improvements to outmoded and inefficient practices. As the positive impact of these adjustments is coming into focus, foundations are evaluating which to adopt as permanent.
Join us for a look at the experience of two very different foundations that each adapted their practices in response to the pandemic, and the steps they’re taking today to determine which changes to keep in place well into a post-pandemic future.
