Grants Management 101—PEAK2024

Grants Management 101 is a one-day learning opportunity designed to take deep dives into the fundamentals of grants management, the philanthropic sector, and equitable, effective grantmaking practices.

Offered as a pre-convening session at PEAK2024, this session will feature in-depth discussions on key fundamentals of grants management and strategies for operationalizing equity-centered, values driven grantmaking practices in the philanthropic sector. Faculty and staff will present on both technical and aspirational elements of this work, providing an overview of the philanthropic sector, the role of grants management, and important competencies for success.
