At our first community conversation on racial equity, we began exploring how our members are supporting the increased focus on racial equity in philanthropy and working to dismantle white supremacy and racism on personal, interpersonal, institutional, and structural levels. After hearing such great sharing from our member-presenters on racial equity-focused work they are already leading, we scheduled this follow-up to provide plenty of time for informal discussion with your peers in small groups. Breakout groups focused on combating racism at various levels, in response to the several weeks of protests across the globe demanding change.
