The mustachioed Midwesterner-turned-British-soccer-coach, Ted Lasso, has made his way into the hearts and minds of millions at a time when we needed it the most. His earnest optimism, ability to see the best in others (even when they don’t see it yet in themselves), compassionate vulnerability, and values-based approach to team building makes him not only likeable, but an exemplar of holistic leadership from which we can all learn. In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore lessons from Ted Lasso from the vantage points of an experienced foundation executive and a certified leadership coach.
